General Information

Our Prayer is that Compass LifeGroups will:

1) Provide a context for people to discover God and grow closer to Him and His will for their lives as they connect socially and personally to others within a growing church.

2) Create safe environments where people can:

• be authentic with God and each other,
• live in community,
• show compassion,
• be creative with their gifts,
• multiply their influence for God’s Kingdom, and
• encourage each other to have an ongoing passion for God.

Each of these values might look different for each LifeGroup and the degree to which each value is lived out might vary, but we believe that every LifeGroup within Compass is capable of inviting people to discover God through this approach.

3) Go where people are socially, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and tangibly—that each would seek God for ways to be a blessing to each other and their surrounding communities.
