Compass Kids
Compass Kids (CK) seeks to create environments where families are honored, encouraged, and equipped to discover God together regardless of faith, race, disabilities and/or economics. Our hope is that children will experience God’s love through emotional connections with peers and adults in a secure environment.
Compass Kids (CK) is a parent co-operative ministry which runs on the combined efforts of parents, key Compass Kids staff and non-parent volunteers. If you are a parent who calls Compass your church home and have attended for 6 months or more, we look forward to partnering with you and your family as we serve, learn and grow in our spiritual journey. We ask our regular attending parents to participate 1-2 Sundays a month in either a CK room environment or helping with behind the scenes needs.
The success and value of any parent cooperative effort depends on the conscientious effort of each parent to be involved in a committed, consistent basis.
Our aim is to find fun and practical ways to help foster spiritual growth among Compass families. We believe that by involving parents in the spiritual direction of their children here on Sunday they will be encouraged and challenged in their own faith journey. We will work hard to build positive partnerships between home and church.

Compass Kids (CK) rooms are open on Sundays during both services after a time of family worship upstairs. Kids can be checked in and out on Sundays at the check-in center downstairs.
Compass Kids (CK) Age Rooms
* Young toddlers (1yr-2.5yrs old)
* Upper toddlers (2.5yrs-4yrs old)
* Pre-K & Kindergaredn (4yrs-6yrs old)
* Lower elementary (1st-3rd grades)
* Upper elementary (4th-5th grades)
For Families with Children Under a Year
There are two different rooms available for you to be with your little one during our Sunday services with a live (audio.video) feed of the service:
This quiet room, in the middle upstairs foyer, is for
nursing moms with babies 0-6 months.
This room, located downstairs, is for parents to be with their children who are not yet 12 months.
Note: Neither of these rooms will be officially staffed with CK volunteers. For the playroom, parents need to check in at the check-in center and stay with their kiddos the entire time.
